All garments are manufactured under fair conditions in a family business in Bulgaria. All textile workers receive a wage that is above the mandatory minimum wage in Bulgaria. The wages of textile workers are adjusted so that a single person can support a family of four. The company also pays for overtime. Regular working hours are 40 hours a week.
