Shipping / 14-day return policy

Most products are sent directly to you by our partners, so we keep transport routes as short as possible. The delivery time can be found for the desired product and is usually between 2 and 5 working days. All shipments are climate-neutral and compensated by NUVONDA. You will incur the following shipping costs:

At NUVONDA you generally have a 14-day right of return.

There are a few exceptions where the products cannot be returned. With these it is communicated explicitly.

We would be happy if you could help us avoid returns. If that doesn't work, we at NUVONDA will compensate for the CO2 impact of your return.
