Shipping / 14-day return policy
Most products are sent directly to you by our partners, as this allows us to keep transport routes as short as possible. The delivery time is usually up to 1 week. All shipments are climate-neutral and are offset by NUVONDA. The following shipping costs apply to you:

At NUVONDA you generally have a 14-day right of return.
There are a few exceptions where products cannot be returned. In these cases, this will be communicated explicitly.
We would be happy if you could help us avoid returns. If that doesn't work, we at NUVONDA will compensate for the CO2 emissions of your return.
