All garments are manufactured under fair conditions in a family business in Bulgaria. All textile workers receive a wage that is above the mandatory minimum wage in Bulgaria. Textile workers are allowed a maximum of 48 hours per week. There are 20 vacation days a year and a bonus at Christmas.
