Shipping, Returns & Service at NUVONDA
Shipping within Switzerland usually takes between 2 working days and approx. 1 week, depending on the brand. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
For brands where we send your order directly from their warehouse to you via our importer, it is possible that a DHL tracking code will be issued first. However, only the Swiss Post tracking code is relevant for you. Since NUVONDA takes care of customs clearance, you will not incur any customs/import costs in this case.

Many products are sent directly to you by our partners, because this way we keep transport routes as short as possible.
In addition, many of our labels and we pay attention to environmentally friendly packaging. Almost all products come from Europe, which reduces transport emissions.

Yes, you are responsible for the cost of your return. As a small and completely self-financed company, we cannot offer free deliveries and returns because postage costs are actual expenses incurred.
Once your return has been received and checked by us, the refund will be issued immediately via the original payment method.
