✨ Why DAWN Denim is special

• Own factory in Saigon (Vietnam):
  DAWN controls all stages of production itself, from the selection of raw materials to completion. This ensures fair working conditions, fair wages, and safe transport for all employees.

• Sustainable materials:
  Organic cotton, hemp, and Tencel are used – often combined with recycled fibers. Additional high-tech processes such as laser finishes and ozone washing minimize water and chemical consumption.

• Vegan & PETA certified:
  Since 2019, DAWN has used exclusively plant-based or plastic-free materials such as FSC-certified paper for labels – completely without leather or animal products .

• Complete transparency:
  Each product contains a QR code via Retraced. This allows every step of the supply chain—from cotton cultivation to production—to be traced .

• Commitment & Upcycling:
  Rather than throwing away defective pieces, they are artistically redesigned through the "Art on Broken Pieces" project. DAWN also supports environmental projects such as planting trees for each specific product sold (11 trees per "Environmentalist" T-shirt) .
